Job Summary:
Auto Xpert Trading & Services is seeking a proactive and organized Heavy Equipment Rental Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily rental operations, coordinating logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and streamlining communication between clients and field teams. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring the smooth execution of rental agreements across our diverse fleet of transport, lifting, and earth-moving equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day rental operations for transport equipment, lifting platforms, earth-moving machinery, and safety equipment.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist in finalizing rental contracts.
- Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment with internal logistics teams and clients.
- Monitor availability and utilization of equipment, updating records in the inventory system.
- Ensure all equipment dispatched is in compliance with safety standards and properly maintained.
- Liaise with maintenance and workshop teams to track servicing schedules.
- Generate and analyze reports related to rentals, performance KPIs, and client satisfaction.
- Support the finance team with billing documentation and rental invoicing.
- Ensure all client interactions meet our ISO standards for quality and service excellence.
- Provide feedback for process improvement and support digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in equipment rental, construction, or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery types (cranes, boom lifts, trailers, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP or rental management software.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
